Board
Laura Keily is the Chairperson of Immediation. A qualified and experienced company director, Laura has built a high calibre team with the depth of expertise and enthusiasm to support her aim of building and commercialising innovative technology to aid access to justice in Australia and globally.
Claire Bibby’s governance experience is extensive, as a former SVP of Brookfield. She is an Executive Committee Member of the NSW Divisional Committee of the Association of Corporate Counsel, an Advisory Council Member for the Harvard Business Review and recently held the position of Commissioner to the Futures Committee of the Law Society of New South Wales.
Nick Northcott has extensive governance experience as a company director, executive and advisor in a range of high growth private companies and not for profits. AICD and MBA qualified, Nick is passionate about innovation, impact investment and teaches in the Centre for Social Impact MBA program at UNSW.
Robert Fabbro is an experienced investor with over 25 years’ experience in global equity markets, in London, Hong Kong and Melbourne in senior management roles. Robert was a Director with Deutsche Bank in London and an Executive Director for the last 12 years with Macquarie Group. MBA qualified, Robert is an investor and director in a range of early stage ventures.
Advisory Board
Stephanie Doyle is a marketing strategist with more than 25 years’ experience across all channels including business development, digital, marketing and communications. She was awarded Marketer of the Year in 2010 (UK award) and backed this up with a nomination for the same award in 2012. She has also won the following global awards: Event of the Year and PR Campaign of the Year in the US, Your Honor Awards.
Christopher Heppingstone has deep experience in finance and markets. He is the Founder of Melbourne Advisory and Partners Pty Ltd, Heppingstone Financial Services Pty Ltd and MAP Asset Management.
Imme Kaschner has been in legal practice for 4 years following completion of her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Melbourne. She is currently an in-house lawyer with Sensis Pty Ltd. She is also a medical doctor. Further, Imme has an understanding of innovation and change in legal markets through having researched and co-authored Remaking Law Firms: Why & How (American Bar Association Publishing, 2016) with George Beaton.
Donna Ross is an internationally accredited mediator and arbitrator. Admitted to practice in Australia, France and New York, she brings to Immediation a deep understanding of international best practice in alternative dispute resolution.
Catherine Symons is an employment and administrative law barrister. Catherine regularly advises and represents employers and government departments and agencies. Secretary of the Industrial Bar Association, Catherine brings in-depth expertise to Immediation in shaping its employment and industrial law offering.
Steven Walker is an independent consultant to law departments and law firm on legal services innovation, legal tech, strategy and next generation service models. Previously Vice President and South Pacific Regional General Counsel for Hewlett- Packard and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Steven recently founded Gen2Law.
