Former judges turn web mediators to resolve commercial disputes

Chris Merritt, legal affairs editor at The Australian wrote today (18 April 2019) that Immediation’s Australian expert panel has been announced.

“Five former judges, including three former chief justices, have joined an online venture that aims to disrupt the booming business of resolving commercial disputes.

The former judges signed up as independent panel members with the dispute resolution business Immediation, which aims to grab market share by resolving commercial disputes for a fraction of the cost of going to court.”
