Fast-Growing Legal Tech Firm Strengthens Team with Chief Marketing Officer,
SVP Americas, and UK Head of Legal Innovation
LOS ANGELES and LONDON – April 19, 2022 – Immediation, a leading online dispute resolution provider, today announced the expansion of its global executive team with the appointment of three legal and tech industry veterans: Joseph Panetta, Andrew Hutchinson, and Rebecca Leaver, to strategic roles in North America and the United Kingdom. These appointments come at a key moment for Immediation as the company continues an aggressive expansion into the North America and UK markets, having proven itself an industry-defining platform across Australia and Southeast Asia.

Joseph Panetta, a tenured marketing and communications strategist with more than 25 years of corporate, agency, legal tech and startup experience, was named Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer. Joseph is responsible for developing, implementing and growing the company’s market entry strategy and communications, including market research, customer acquisition and retention. He is based in Los Angeles at the Immediation HQ. As a senior team member and advisor, Joseph has worked with a wide variety of high-growth global brands including Intapp, OnePlace, P&G, Unilever, GSK, and served as CMO of The Swatch Group in the US and UK.
Andrew Hutchinson was named Senior Vice President, Americas. He will lead business development in North America and oversee and manage all client relationships in the region. He joins Immediation from legal tech company Intapp, where he played an instrumental role in driving growth as Go-to-Market lead for the Marketing and Business Development practice. Andrew brings nearly two decades of legal and professional services experience across Europe and North America, working with multinational legal professional database companies, and smaller startups and tech platforms in growth mode.
In the UK, Rebecca Leaver has accepted the role of Head of Legal Innovation – UK. Rebecca serves as Andrew’s UK counterpart and will facilitate Immediation’s entry into EMEA. A qualified solicitor in England and Wales, Rebecca has been both general counsel and a successful commercial litigator. She spent a number of years as General Counsel for the London Court of International Arbitration, where she oversaw the establishment of overseas offices in India and Maritius.
